ChicksComics is an independent comic publisher that needed a digital home to sell and distribute their catalog directly to readers. CoreBytes designed and built a custom e-commerce storefront tailored to the unique needs of digital comics.

The store supports digital downloads, print-on-demand listings, and a clean browsing experience that puts artwork front and center. Special attention was paid to image quality and loading performance, since high-resolution comic art can quickly bloat page weight.

We implemented a lightweight checkout flow and integrated a payment processor to keep transaction friction as low as possible, which directly improved the publisher's conversion rate from casual browse to completed purchase.
